Seller Sets Up Shop

A seller signs up on Marche Madagascar. They use an application provided by us to input details about their products. This includes descriptions, photos, and prices. Think of it like filling out a form to create a virtual store.

Customer Browsing

Customers visit the Marche Madagascar website or app. They can explore various sellers' stores and products just like they would in a physical mall.

Adding to Cart

When a customer finds a product they like, they can add it to their "cart" with a simple click, similar to putting items in a shopping basket.

Checkout

Once a customer is ready to buy, they proceed to the checkout process. Here, they review the items in their cart and provide delivery information, like their address.

Payment Options

Customers have different ways to pay. They can use methods like Credit Cards, Orange Money, or even choose to pay when they receive the goods (like cash on delivery).

When the customer completes the payment, the money goes directly to the seller. If it's not paid online, the seller collects it when delivering the goods or when the customer picks them up.

Order Details to Seller

Marche Madagascar shares all order details, including the customer's delivery address, with the seller. This helps the seller know where to send the products or who will collect them.

Monthly Fee

Sellers usually pay a fixed monthly fee to use Marche Madagascar's services. This fee covers things like advertising and promoting the seller's store and products.

The seller's online store is available 24/7. So, customers can shop at any time, day or night.
